At Sana Mé Organics, we strive to make shipping simple, transparent, and fair.

Shipping

All orders are shipped from Texas.

Real-Time Shipping Rates

We utilize real-time carrier pricing through our shipping platform to provide the most accurate shipping rates available at checkout.

Customers may choose from available shipping options provided by:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Shipping rates are calculated based on:

  • Package weight
  • Package dimensions
  • Delivery destination
  • Selected carrier and service level

The shipping amount shown during checkout is the amount charged for shipping.

We do not inflate shipping costs or add handling fees.


Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

During product launches, promotions, holidays, or other periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information when available.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the selected carrier and are not guaranteed by Sana Mé Organics.

Actual delivery times may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Holidays
  • Other circumstances outside our control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and an order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.


Returns

Because our products are personal care items, we generally cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.


Refunds

Refunds may be issued for:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items shipped

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the package and product.

If a package appears lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.
