1. Introduction

Welcome to the Sana Me LLC Affiliate Program. By applying to and participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any future modifications communicated by Sana Me LLC.

Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Enrollment and Approval

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Applicants must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
• Applications may be submitted through the Sana Me Affiliate Program registration process.
• Sana Me LLC reviews all applications manually.
• Approval or denial decisions are typically communicated within three (3) business days.
• Sana Me LLC reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion, with or without explanation.
• Rejected applicants may reapply at a later date. 

3. Affiliate Relationship

Affiliates are independent contractors.

Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create:

• Employment
• Partnership
• Agency
• Joint venture
• Franchise relationship

Affiliates are solely responsible for:

• Taxes
• Reporting obligations
• Business expenses
• Compliance with applicable laws

4. Commission Structure

 

Starter Tier

• Tier 1 Commission: 20%
• Tier 2 Commission: 5%
• Tier 3 Commission: 1%

Bronze Tier

• Tier 1 Commission: 21%
• Tier 2 Commission: 6%
• Tier 3 Commission: 1%

Silver Tier

• Tier 1 Commission: 22%
• Tier 2 Commission: 7%
• Tier 3 Commission: 2%

Gold Tier

• Tier 1 Commission: 23%
• Tier 2 Commission: 8%
• Tier 3 Commission: 3%

Platinum Tier

• Tier 1 Commission: 24%
• Tier 2 Commission: 9%
• Tier 3 Commission: 4%

Elite Tier

• Tier 1 Commission: 25%
• Tier 2 Commission: 10%
• Tier 3 Commission: 5%

The maximum combined affiliate commission structure shall not exceed 40%.

5. Tier Advancement

Affiliate tiers are automatically calculated based upon qualifying sales performance.

Current target thresholds:

Elite	250 Sales

Sana Me LLC reserves the right to modify tier requirements, commission percentages, and qualification criteria with reasonable notice.

6. Lifetime Customer Commissions

Affiliates may earn lifetime commissions on qualifying customers they acquire through approved affiliate links or discount codes.

Customer ownership shall be determined using a last-click attribution model.

The affiliate responsible for the qualifying referral that results in the completed purchase shall receive ownership of that customer and
future commissions associated with qualifying purchases, provided the affiliate remains active.

7. Affiliate Activity Requirements

To maintain eligibility for lifetime commissions and participation in the program, affiliates must:

• Generate at least one (1) qualifying sale during each calendar month.
• Submit at least one (1) piece of qualifying user-generated content (UGC) every ninety (90) days.

Affiliates failing to meet activity requirements for sixty (60) consecutive days may be subject to review, suspension, reassignment of
customers, or removal from the program.

8. Tracking and Attribution

• Sana Me LLC utilizes cookies, referral tracking technologies, and affiliate identifiers.
• Initial tracking cookie duration is 365 days.
• Tracking may not function properly if cookies are disabled, deleted, blocked, or altered.
• Last-click attribution applies.

9. Self-Purchases

Affiliates may earn commissions on personal purchases made through their approved affiliate account, referral link, or assigned promotional code.

Sana Me LLC reserves the right to investigate suspected abuse.

10. Qualified Sales

Qualified sales must:

• Be legitimate customer purchases.
• Be successfully processed and paid.
• Not involve fraudulent activity.
• Comply with all program requirements.

Sana Me LLC reserves the right to determine whether a sale qualifies for commission.

11. Refunds and Commission Reversals

If a customer receives a refund within thirty (30) days of purchase:

• Associated commissions may be reversed.

If a refund occurs after thirty (30) days:

• Previously paid commissions shall generally remain unaffected.

Sana Me LLC reserves final authority regarding commission adjustments.

12. Payments 

• Affiliate payouts occur weekly.
• Scheduled payout day: Friday.
• Minimum payout threshold: $50.
• Payments are processed through approved payment methods made available by Sana Me LLC. 

13. Approved Promotion Methods

Affiliates may promote Sana Me products through:

• Websites
• Blogs
• Social media platforms
• Email marketing (where legally permitted)
• Video content
• Approved coupon promotions
• Other approved marketing channels

14. Prohibited Promotion Methods

Affiliates may not:

• Send spam
• Use deceptive advertising
• Misrepresent Sana Me products
• Make false health claims
• Create fake reviews
• Use fraudulent traffic methods
• Use bots or automated commission generation systems
• Engage in coupon abuse
• Engage in trademark abuse

15. Brand Standards and Family-Friendly Content

All affiliate content must remain professional, respectful, and family-friendly.

Prohibited content includes:

• Pornography
• Sexually explicit material
• Adult entertainment
• Excessive profanity
• Hate speech
• Harassment
• Violence
• Illegal activity
• Drug abuse
• Discriminatory content
• Any content reasonably deemed harmful to the Sana Me brand

Lighthearted lifestyle, confidence, dating, wellness, and personal experience content is permitted provided it remains tasteful and family-friendly.

Sana Me LLC retains sole discretion regarding acceptable brand representation.

16. Trademark and Intellectual Property Protection

Affiliates may not:

• Register domains containing Sana Me trademarks.
• Create confusingly similar social media accounts.
• Register business names resembling Sana Me.
• Modify official logos without permission.
• Present themselves as Sana Me LLC.

All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of Sana Me LLC.

17. PPC and Paid Advertising Restrictions

Affiliates may not:

• Bid on Sana Me trademarks.
• Bid on branded search terms.
• Bid on Sana Me product names.
• Use Sana Me trademarks in paid advertisements without written approval.

18. Coupon Policies

Only coupons issued or approved by Sana Me LLC may be promoted.

Unauthorized coupon creation or manipulation may result in termination.

19. Geographic Eligibility

At this time, participation is limited to affiliates promoting sales within the United States.

Sana Me LLC may expand or modify geographic eligibility at its discretion.

20. Community, Training, and Support

Sana Me LLC may provide:

• Training materials
• Promotional assets
• Customer follow-up communications
• Educational webinars
• Zoom meetings
• Online events
• Private communities
• Social networking features
• Resource libraries

Availability and frequency may change at the discretion of Sana Me LLC.

21. Monthly Leader Awards

Sana Me LLC may offer:

• Cash bonuses
• Recognition awards
• Complimentary products
• Promotional merchandise
• Samples
• Special incentives

Award structures may be modified or discontinued at any time.

22. Fraud Prevention

Sana Me LLC reserves the right to suspend, withhold, reverse, or deny commissions resulting from:

• Fraudulent activity
• Stolen payment methods
• Fake accounts
• Commission manipulation
• Chargeback abuse
• Unauthorized promotional activity
• Any conduct deemed harmful to the program 

23. Program Modification

Sana Me LLC reserves the right to modify:

• Commission structures
• Tier requirements
• Incentive programs
• Contest rules
• Bonus programs
• Affiliate requirements
• Program policies

Reasonable notice will be provided when practical.

24. Termination

Sana Me LLC may terminate affiliate participation at any time for violations of these Terms & Conditions.

Upon termination:

• Affiliate links may be deactivated.
• Future commissions may cease.
• Access to affiliate resources may be revoked.

25. Acceptance of Terms

By applying to or participating in the Sana Me LLC Affiliate Program, affiliates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
